In some trials, it was found that moving parts required 0.2 mm clearance for preventing parts from sticking. 3D printer with Multi Jet Fusion Technology is the resolution of 1200 dpi, the layer thickness of 0.08 mm and capable of modeling with an accuracy of 0.2 mm . Additionally, it was found that fabrication of fixed parts using friction because a little wider clearance could lead to no fixing.
