The vibration diagnosis is a method of equipment maintenance based on\nequipment diagnosis technology. In recent years, this has been made better by improvements in\nanalysis accuracy and automation of the work. However, there is currently a generational change\nin the number of technicians. The issue of human resource development has been raised because\nmost vibration diagnoses have been performed manually, The purpose of this study is to understand\nwaveform analysis techniques used in vibration diagnostics from the viewpoint of human resource\ndevelopment in vibration diagnostics. Spreadsheet software is used for waveform analysis. The\nresults confirmed the consistency of the sampling theorem, the integral process, and the FFT\nanalysis.
