The vibration diagnosis is a method of equipment maintenance based on equipment diagnosis technology. In recent years, this has been made better by improvements in analysis accuracy and automation of the work. However, there is currently a generational change in the number of technicians. The issue of human resource development has been raised because most vibration diagnoses have been performed manually, The purpose of this study is to understand waveform analysis techniques used in vibration diagnostics from the viewpoint of human resource development in vibration diagnostics. Spreadsheet software is used for waveform analysis. The results confirmed the consistency of the sampling theorem, the integral process, and the FFT analysis.
